چکیده
Background: Modafinil is a CNS stimulant used to treat Narcolepsy, sleepiness and other disorders related sleep. It BCS class II drug having poor aqueous solubility.
Objective: This study was aimed formulate evaluate orodispersible tablets of containing co-crystals for the improvisation critical attributes product such as dissolution rates, solubility oral bioavailability.
Methods: Co-crystals were prepared by dry grinding method using Sodium acetate, Nicotinic acid, Benzoic Urea Succinic acetate co-formers. Tablets compressed direct compression SSG, Crospovidone, Croscarmellose sodium super disintegrants in different concentration.
Results: Pre-formulation studies performed evaluation revealed that formulated with showed best results. The manufactured evaluated parameters including weight variation, hardness, thickness, friability, content, In-vitro disintegration studies. Formulation F2 shows significant change rate also helped increase poorly water soluble drugs both them i.e. percentage release are key factors exhibit efficiency drug. co-crystal 1:1 ratio highest content (97.97%), while acid 1:2 least (56.48%).
Conclusion: According result obtained, an tablet modafinil enhances rate, hence increases therapeutic efficacy could be considered convenient delivery systems enhance Keywords: Co-crystal, Oro-dispersible, Sleepiness

The object of the study was to formulate and evaluate Aceclofenac orodispersible tablets (ODT) by wet granulation method using different super disintegrants in different concentrations. Orodispersible tablets produce rapid dissolution of drug and absorption thereby producing rapid onset of action. Five batches (AFD1, AFD2, AFD3, AFD4, AFD5) of Aceclofenac orodispersible tablets were prepared an...
